Shipping & Payment

A. Shipping costs and information:

A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by DHL, UPS or FedEx. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail info@wideabove.com before placing an order. Please indicate the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code.


I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 70.00 EUR we will ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

1. Payment by Bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you about our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.

2. PayPal Plus

The PayPal payment process is completed in the order process after entering your PayPal access data.
